buy fresh then freeze in a baggie

Liquid stevia
or 1 tbs of maple syrup/honey – might need more
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend for about 2 minutes
If it gets stuck, add a little bit of OJ or water to get it moving again
