Ingredients
- 10-12 ounces Filtered Water
- 1 serving Unflavored Collagen Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup Frozen cauliflower
- 1/4 cup Frozen butternut squash
- 1/4 cup Frozen power greens buy fresh then freeze in a baggie
- 1/4 cup Frozen pineapple
- 1/4 cup Frozen mango
- 1 splash OJ optional
- 8-10 drops Liquid stevia or 1 tbs of maple syrup/honey - might need more

Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend for about 2 minutes
- If it gets stuck, add a little bit of OJ or water to get it moving again
