If you have a nut allergy, you can swap the nut butter for MCT oil

Wash bananas with peel on and cut to freeze.  Place sliced bananas in a freezer bag and lay flat to freeze.  The peel has more magnesium and potassium than the banana itself.  You won’t be able to tell the peel is in the smoothie!
