This smoothie is easy and delicious! It hits all the requirements of an energy balanced meal or snack. Smoothies are great for 8 AM games, in between games, or to recover after an insense practice or game.

Ingredients
- 8-10 ounces milk of choice
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 25 g protein
- 1 tbs nut butter of choice
- 2 handfuls frozen blueberries
- 1 handful Frozen power greens
- 1 sliced frozen banana with peel on can use fresh too
- 1 handful plain whole rolled oats optional

- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

Recipe Notes
If you have a nut allergy, you can swap the nut butter for MCT oil
Wash bananas with peel on and cut to freeze. Place sliced bananas in a freezer bag and lay flat to freeze. The peel has more magnesium and potassium than the banana itself. You won't be able to tell the peel is in the smoothie!
Freezing fresh spinach and power greens is a great way to ensure your greens last.
