Recipe of the Week – Grilled Salmon with a Yogurt Lemon Dill Sauce

What can I say about this recipe?  Well, I created it on a whim one night while I was on a kick of seeing what all I could use my White Mountain Bulgarian Probiotic Yogurt for and the Yogurt Lemon Dill Sauce was created! It only felt natural to pair it with Grilled Salmon of which I had never grilled before. This night was full of experimentation!

It was so good that every time we have it, I think I must share this with you!!

This is a perfect #SAS meal….Simple AND Satisfying!  Not to mention very few simple ingredients! I can’t stand recipes that include a million hard to find ingredients!!

For a busy mom like me, it needs to be easy and quick but tastes delicious!

The sauce is packed with dense nutrients from probiotics in the yogurt, vitamin C from the lemon, and minerals from the salt. In this recipe, I used Pink Himalayan Salt.

The Salmon is a great source of protein, vitamin D, vitamin B-12, and omega 3 fatty acids, think whole-body wellness!!  If possible choose a wild-caught Salmon.

I paired this dish with a nice hearty salad drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and salt along with quinoa. Mmmm mmm mmm it was on point ????!!

See,  eating healthy doesn’t have to be bland and unadventurous!! You can also use the sauce for veggies, in chicken salad or even on a sandwich!
